About Us
The home of SuperSticky 3D Printer Bed Helper, custom 3D designs, and custom 3D prints.
- Our goal is to make your 3D printing journey easier and more efficient.
- We help you boost the success rates of your prints and 3D printing projects
There are many types of materials used in 3D printing, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon, and carbon-fibre filled variants. With the advancements in 3D Printing technology, materials and technologies have evolved to suit your needs. It can be pretty tricky to keep the materials stable, flat and stuck to the printing plate. SuperSticky can help with that. We use it on all in-house prints.

Tired of prints that don't stick to the print bed (or stick TOO well)?
SuperSticky can help! Easier to apply than glue stick, much less messy, and easier to re-apply exactly where it's needed. Our amazing polymer blend helps slippery filaments like PLA and ABS to stick to your bed every time, and it also helps sticky filaments like PETG or TPU release from the bed. Just apply a layer or two using either our marker-tip bottle, which is more precise for greater control, or the sponge-tip bottle, which is better for applying thicker layers faster, and print in peace!

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Will SuperSticky work with my print surface?
Most likely. There are very few print beds that don't like Isopropyl Alcohol - if you have one of those, SuperSticky will not work on your bed. Check with the manufacturer to be sure. Most print beds are safe - PEI, Ultrabase, glass, etc are fine.
-
Will SuperSticky work on bare metal?
Yes!
-
How many layers of SuperSticky do I need to use?
Most combinations of filament and print surface will only require one layer. However, especially with engineering filaments like Nylon, you may want a second layer. Just make sure to let the first layer dry completely before applying the second layer.
-
Do I need to cover the entire print bed with SuperSticky?
No! You only need to cover the print area. You certainly *can* cover the entire bed to make sure you don't miss any of the print area (this is what we do ourselves), but it's not required.
-
I want to clean my print bed, what's the best way to do that?
Just use Isopropyl Alcohol or a mild soap and water, depending on your print surface. Check with the manufacturer to see what they recommend for your particular surface as either method will clean SuperSticky easily.
-
How often should I apply SuperSticky?
This depends somewhat on what combination of filament and print surface you're using, but in general, you can get 3-5 prints per application. If you can see the outline of your printed part in the bed surface, our applicator will let you replace just that area easily. If there's no outline of the part, your SuperSticky does not need to be re-applied.
